We can have your accessory order, canoe or kayak to you in just a few business days if in stock. We stock hundreds of canoes and kayaks. We have thousands of accessories in our store. Not all items listed are in stock at all times but we can usually get them very quickly. Some special orders can take longer. We will communicate with you if anything is not in stock or if it will be longer than a few days to ship. In the event of a backorder situation, "PAY AT PICK UP" orders will be fulfilled after paid orders as product becomes available. Please contact us prior to coming to the store for any product pick up. Due to the size of a canoe or kayak, they are shipped by an LTL, common carrier (large trailer truck or 18 wheeler) . We always find the best rates possible. As it can be difficult for a larger truck to access a residential location there may be surcharge to ship to a residence for canoes or kayaks. If you have any questions about your order please call and a Customer Service associate will help you. Some locations could require additional shipping fees for remote areas or long distance travel. Some locations not in close proximity to an authorized distribution facility may also require additional shipping fees.. You don't have to worry about this as we always do the leg work if necessary. You can cancel your order for a full refund anytime before it ships to you. We will research and always look to find the best way to ship. Shipping is not a profit center for our company. We will contact you if shipping cost to your area require additional fees. We ship most places in the continental US and some locations in Canada. Canadian shipments will have additional fees. International shipments may also available. Please call our business office for details and cost. We will fully insure your product during shipping. If there is damage or any issue, you should refuse it noting the reason and damage in writing on the shipping document. Failure to do this may result in charges for shipping and restocking. Once you have signed and accepted the item, you may be responsible for shipping charges on a return or replacement if you are not satisfied. While we and our trucking affiliates make every effort to insure a safe delivery, it is possible for a canoe or kayak to have a scuff or scratch by the time it reaches its destination. Minor imperfections are not cause for a refusal. Shipping charges on special orders or items not in stock will be the responsibility of the customer should you cancel your order. It is our goal to have you as a satisfied customer. Sale prices are for in stock items only and supplies may be limited. Payment in full is due at the time of order or a deposit for special order items. A complete refund is always available if you choose not to wait for a product. Free shipping offer on canoes and kayaks is limited to $100. Free shipping is available on selected accessories and limited to $25. For international shipping or multiple boats, call us directly. Local shipping less than 25 miles. LTL shipping rates are subject to surcharges for oversized items and long distance hauling. Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined including free shipping offers. Some international shipments and locations not in close proximity to a trucking depot may have to be canceled and refunded due to cost, accessibility or international restrictions.
